Top Best Methods To Prevent Your Gmail From Being Hacked by Cyber Criminals

Top Best Methods To Prevent Your Gmail From Being Hacked by Cyber Criminals

Read the Top Best Methods To Secure Your Gmail Account From Being Accessed By Cyber Criminals

Today seems to be a good day as I have come across several methods that can be performed to prevent your Gmail Account from getting hacked.

Gmail accounts which are controlled by Google Inc are now vulnerable to hackers and the rate at which Gmail accounts are being hijacked by hackers is to a very high extent. We all know the usefulness of Gmail accounts being one of the best Email hosting platforms that can be used to access all Google Products with all in one username and password, yet all of a sudden it's gone. Sad as it may sound but do you know that we are actually the one creating room for hackers to access our accounts?
Let's go into the proper business for today.

15 Best Methods To Ensure A Proper Security Of Your Gmail Account.

#1. Avoidance of Phishing Mails.
Try never to open any phishing emails which are usually found in the Spam folder. You know, spam messages are automatically moved into the spam folder for safety purpose. Though if you think the messages are not really spam, then you can view the mail and follow the link. But if the mail doesn't attract any sign of trust from you please don't try clicking on the link as it may be a way of accessing your Gmail account.

You may receive an email carrying the following headlines...
*** Your BVN has been deactivated.
*** Your Amazon Shopping has been shipped.

*WARNING* Do not click on the provided link.

#2. Using Ugly Email
This is the type of Gmail usually used in recognizing tracking emails. To get this;

Just make a search for “Ugly Email“ in your  Google Chrome browser ( i recommend you should make the search in Chrome Web Store). Haven seen the Ugly Email from your search result, just click “Add to Chrome” and a new tab will be opened.
This Ugly Email will be added to your Chrome and you can find it at the top right corner of your Chrome browser.
Now to know if your Ugly Email is rocking well, log into your Gmail account and open existing emails or even new emails and if you should ever see a nasty eye that is somehow devilish in any of the mail you opened, then you should know it is a tracking email.

#3. Try Using a Secure Connection.
This a very important task you must carry on when logging in your Gmail account.
Try using the secure connection that is seen as HTTP usually before the web address.
To do this:
Go to Setting»»General»»Browser Connection or better still, you should try using VPN like UltraSurf for login.

To get UltraSurf on your browser, it's an extension so just go to Settings»»Extensions scroll down to the end and click add more extensions, from the displayed interface make use of the search bar by searching for UltraSurf and from your result click Add to Chrome.
So whenever you are browsing with the browser, your connection becomes anonymous, though you can disable the UltraSurf if you wish not to use it for some websites.

#4. Always Check Filter Forwarding and POP/IMAP
You really need to take this so serious as hackers may try adding filters to your Gmail account. These filters can secretly pass on emails so long the filter remains in your Gmail account.
To be on a safer side, try getting rid of any filters that look suspicious to you.

#5. Try Using Incognito.
This may sometimes be useful most especially when you are surfing the internet with public devices found in places like Cyber Cafe, hotel and/or others. The usefulness of this Incognito or Private browser is to help you secure your connection so as not allowing cookies to store your web activities.

#6. Google 2 Step Login Verification.
This is one of the best security provided by Google. Each time you try to log in from another device, haven given your login credentials, you'll be asked to take any of the following google login verification process;
  1. Text me a code
  2. Provide your backup Gmail account ( if any)
  3. Using google authentication app and others.
But I'm only in support of the text code as it is the safest means of verifying you are the one trying to log in. Of course, the hacker can never provide the security code sent to your device to login.
#7. Track your Account Activities.
This is a very important task you should always do. You should always keep an eye on your Gmail account to track every activity going on in your account.
To do this, just log in to My account and at the lower right corner of the platform, you will see “Last Account Activity” just click on details. There, you will see the devices accessing your account as well as the time and location they logged in. So if you notice any unauthorized login, all you have to do is change your password at that moment before the hacker does something else.

#8. Avoid ignoring Gmail security alert.
Most of us usually make this nasty mistake of ignoring security alerts sent by Google. You should know that Google only send those security alerts when they feel it's necessary for you to update your security. It may be that they noticed something fishy concerning your account and to make sure it's not hacked, they'll send you an alert to update your security.

#9. Try removing apps connected to your account.
Do you know that apps are connected to your Gmail account? Whenever you use your Gmail to sign up for any third-party app, they are automatically connected to your Gmail account. Hackers can even try to connect an app to your account via play store and other means. So I recommend you should always remove unauthorized apps from your account by logging into

#10. Always update your number.
Never forget to always keep your mobile number up-to-date and if you should ever lose your phone number then try getting a new one and link it to your Gmail account because that's what google will always use to send you a security code.

Other Tips include:
>Do not disclose your password.
>Use a recovery email i.e a secondary email.

So above are the methods of securing your Gmail account from getting accessed by hackers. I hope I've been able to provide adequate security tips for securing your Gmail account.  Please kindly share this post with others using the share buttons provided below.

Latest Glo and Etisalat 0.0k non-stop free browsing cheats with TweakwareRed

Latest Glo and Etisalat 0.0k non-stop free browsing cheats with TweakwareRed

It's been a while since I blogged about free browsing tips and today the story is about to make a change. The last browsing tips I published on this blog were also Glo and Etisalat browsing tips whose configurations are different from what you are about to see right away. These two browsing tips are configured under the same VPN software called TweakwareRed.
Note: TweakwareRed is slightly different from Tweakware VPN that is owned by the Castport team. TweakwareRed is more like Psiphon Handler82UI and Tweakware VPN. However,  it's a combination of Tweakware & Psiphon Handler.

TweakwareRed is like an upgrade of tweakware but it is entirely a different app programmed by Dzebb Handler. Meanwhile, Tweakware VPN is owned by the Castport team. It's time for you to know the features of Tweakware Red.

  1. It doesn't disconnect easily unlike tweakware VPN (when using the free server). When I got connected to the internet via TweakwareRed, it lasted for about 1 hour.
  2. For Glo configuration, the browsing limit is unlimited. And for the current Etisalat, it has a daily bandwidth usage of 60MB
  3. It doesn't consume much RAM, unlike others.

Glo 0.0k free browsing configuration
1. Go to your phone's APN settings and click on Glo NG and check if the following configurations are there
Name: Glodirect
APN: glosecure
Username: secure
Password: secure.
If the above configurations are not present in your default APN settings, then try creating a new APN by clicking the three dots at the top right corner of your screen and input the above configurations only.

2.  Open the TweakwareRed VPN app and input the following configurations in their appropriate text fields.

Proxy server:
Proxy type: Real Host

Now you will have to click OK and select your server (the United States is preferable) and wait for it to connect of which there will be a change in the displayed icon.

Etisalat 0.0k free browsing configuration

1. Leave your phone APN settings the way it is, and open the TweakwareRed VPN app. In the handler menu, input the below configuration at where appropriate.

Proxy type: Real Host
Proxy server:

2. Click OK and select your preferred server, then wait for it to connect.
Note: TweakwareRed connects faster only if your device has a stable 3G data service.

So above are the latest free browsing tips on Glo and Etisalat. Please do not forget to share this post via social media and also make use of the comment box if you have any issue pertaining to this tutorial.

How to track your friend's location on facebook and other social platforms (includes video & screenshots)

How to track your friend's location on facebook and other social platforms (includes video & screenshots)

Today we often make use of different social networks and we often add and accept people we don't really know about and to be on a safer side, we definitely need to know if these friends are for real by tracing the location of the person you are chatting with. That's what you are about to learn in this post, keep reading!!! And I'm gonna make this discussion a favour to Facebook. However, the same method can also be used to trace friends’ location on Whatsapp

Yes! It is possible to legally find your friend's location when you both are chatting on the Facebook social platform. But most of your Facebook friends may not want to share their location with you and by doing that, they will have to disable sharing location from facebook default settings and having any of your facebook friend done that, you can now only find their location when permission is granted to you, that is it will be their will to share their location with you.

But despite the above default method, many Facebook users can still find their friend's location without the friend even noticing of such activity. In this post, you will find out how it works.  I have already discussed how it can be done below,  so just keep reading through this post and you will definitely come across them.

Disclaimer: What you are about to read is meant for informational and educational purposes only. By proceeding reading this post, you pledge that you will never make inappropriate use of the information discussed below.

How To Find Your Friend’s Location On Facebook.
It's good to know that you are here.
The best method of getting access to a friend's location on Facebook is the use of the friend's IP.

In case you don't know, an IP address is an important service of modern computer devices designed to allow one computer to communicate with another via the Internet.

Facebook monitors our chat and other activities as well as where the actions are taking place via our IP address.

How To Trace the IP Address.
1. By using command prompt.
The command prompt is one of the best methods you can actually use to find out the IP address of a person whom you are chatting with on Facebook. Just follow the steps below to proceed.

Step 1. At first, you need to start a chat with your friend whose IP address is your need. While chatting with the person, make sure that all other apps and background process must be stopped. Now press Win+R on your keyboard.

Step 2. Now type cmd and hit enter.

Step 3. Now at the command prompt that appears type netstat -an and hit enter.

Step 4. Now note down the IP address of a person.
Step 5. Now you need to scan that IP address to know the actual location of the person that you can check out from's all you need to know using Command prompt.

2. Using InspectLet
InspectLet is an online tool that can help you track out the IP Address of the person while chatting on any social platform. Why I love InspectLet is that the service tracks everything when a person visits a website.

How to get started with InspectLet?
You just need to register on InspectLet and once you logged into the service you will be provided with a tracking code which you have to install your tracking code on a web page.

Now here comes the real game, after installing the tracking code simply send victim the link and make him open the link. InspectLet will record all activity along with the IP address and other details.

Hope it works?

How to Enable or Disable USB Port on your Computer

This is going to be an awesome trick. I'm gonna tell you that it is 100% possible for you to easily command your computer not to accept any USB DRIVE at a given moment

Securing your computer data is the most relevant task every user always think of doing and today you are going to learn how you can eventually set your computer not to accept any USB DRIVE at a given moment. This can actually secure your computer from unauthorized users who might make attempts at stealing your data via USB most especially when you are not there.

So below I have discussed some methods on how you can easily command your computer not to accept any USB drive at a specified point in time.

1. Blocking USB ports from Device manager
This is one of the best methods of blocking USB ports. Below are the steps guiding this method.

Step 1. Go to your PC main background page and right click on MY COMPUTER icon and select MANAGE from the listed options. Doing so will bring up another pop-up option, you just have to select the Device manager

In that, to Disable, Just Change the Value data with whatever number you wish to use like 3, 4, or 5 etc. Remember to always change the figure whenever you wish to undo the task again and also do not forget to always close your Registry Editor.

How to speed up your slow Wi-Fi connection and enjoy better internet access.

How to speed up your slow Wi-Fi connection and enjoy better internet access.

Today, we are going to be discussing a new method on how you can eventually increase the speed of your Wi-Fi to enjoy a speedy internet access.
Nowadays, there is some kind of task on the internet that are preferably some over Wi-Fi than using the cellular network, but one may experience a slow Wi-Fi connection on his smartphone thinking that the weak signal is coming from the hotspot device which the internet access is being shared from. But most smartphone devices often have this problem of slow Wi-Fi connection which may sometimes be concluded to be its default settings. But reading through this post will tell you how you can effectively increase the speed of your Wi-Fi to enjoy better internet access.

Why not check the connected device
It may be that more of devices are connected to that Wi-Fi network which may be comparatively slow for your device and others too as all are using up the data simultaneously. To resolve this issue, you should try to remove all or some of other devices connected to the Wi-Fi network, and then you should have a speedy access to the internet.

Router Location
This has to do with sticking to a specific position or location while surfing the internet via a Wi-Fi network. Doing this will help the network provider or servers to divert more data to your router location for use.

Selecting a Wi-Fi Channel
Using a Wi-Fi network being shared to more connected users may slow up or reduce the bandwidth you are using because Wi-Fi signals are always projected in paths called channels, and every other connected user maintains a different channel, but it may be that your channel is receiving a weak Wi-Fi signal and you can fix this by selecting your router to focus on a less crowded channel.

Below are methods to locate a Wi-Fi channel with strong signal strength on Android, PC, and MAC.

On Android
To do this, you will need a third-party tool called Wi-Fi analyzer. Download and install Wi-Fi Analyzer from Google Play.

Follow the steps below on how to run Wi-Fi analyzer on your smartphone.
1.  Open the app and you will see a graph view (by default), just press the menu key/button on your Android device to bring out the views and select ‘Channel rating’ as your view.
2. Start a scan to check the signal strengths of all available channels.
3. And from your scan result, you can select the best location for the channel you are connected to.

For PC Users
Download Acrylic Wi-Fi professionals in your windows.
1.  On ‘APs’ select your Wi-Fi card

2. Click on ‘start scanning’ to scan for all available networks, then from their result, you can check their signal strengths and choose the best.

For MAC Users
Just download and install Wi-Fi Scanner (Mac version)
Launch the app, find the ‘scanning’ section to scan out all devices. And from your result, you can choose the best Wi-Fi network for use by analyzing them.

That's all about selecting Wi-Fi Channel.

Reset Router
If you are still having the same problem with your Wi-Fi speed, then try resetting your router to its default settings and I believe that can help you solve the issue.

So above are suggested tips that can help you enhance your Wi-Fi speed and enjoy surfing the internet with no limit.
